Private catering for our customers in their own home

One of regular customers approached us about providing private catering for a hen party they were hosting. Of course we were able to oblige. 

Jim our chef got to work on a menu that the customer provided inspiration for. Soon we sent over our draft menu that she gladly accepted.

The menu was a carefully selected seasonal delight made from local produce

Main Course
Pan Roasted Chicken Breast stuffed with Yorkshire Mature, Wrapped in Treacle Cured Bacon, Bubble and Squeak, red Wine Jus
Roast Salmon Fillet, Pea and Mint Pesto Herb Crumb, Sautéed baby Potatoes, Sauce Hollandaise
Butternut Squash Gnocchi, Pumpkin Salsa, Beurre Noisette, Micro Herbs
Confit Duck leg Dauphinoise Potato, Braised Red Cabbage, Duck Jus

Dessert
Rich Chocolate Tart, Just Jenny’s Vanilla Ice Cream
Warm Normandy Apple Tart, Sauce Anglaise
Eton Mess
Yorkshire Cheeses, Chutney, Biscuits
